Payment

All purchases must be paid in full before item(s) will be shipped.

Please be advised that all prices have taken into account cost of fabric, time, and difficulty of completing the piece being sold. If you cannot pay in full for your order at that time, please wait until you can do so.

Shipping

All purchases will be shipped in a bubble lined, orange mailer, with each item individually wrapped, unless listed as a pair.

Ball-Jointed Boutique does not currently offer anything other than standard shipping through USPS, and DOES NOT currently ship outside of the US.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please be advised, returns will be accepted at the cost of the buyer. If you wish to return something, the bag(s) must be returned in it's unopened, unused state, and pay the return shipping. A refund will be mailed to you once the item is received by myself. The refund is ONLY for your item, not the return shipping, so please take that into consideration.

If a package arrives damaged (the package itself, NOT the items, the items will NOT be shipped if they are damaged) or fails to arrive at all, I am sorry, there is nothing I can do once it leaves my hands other than hope it arrives safely at your home. If a package does not arrive within 1 1/2 months, please send me a message or contact me in someway.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please consider that all computer screens are not made equal and you might want to tip your laptop screen to a tilt (if using a laptop) to see the color at all angles before making your decision.

Also, as these items are handmade, they may not be exact replicas of the item pictured, but they will be as close to the same as possible.

Please note: All undergarments and socks/stockings are made by hand, without a machine. Any embellishments on an item have also been put on by hand.

Custom Order Policy

Custom requests are accepted via email such as Anime character clothing, special orders, etc.

Please take into account: Cost of fabric, length of time, and amount of difficulty will be factored into the price.

All inquiries must contain images of actual character/outfit that you wish to be reproduced. No fanart will be accepted. If you cannot find a suitable image, I will attempt to do so myself. I will contact you with either an image or the apologetic response that I will be unable to complete your request.

I reserve the right to decline your inquiry if I believe that it is beyond my skill level, in which case, I will try and point you in a more able direction.
