Yes. We are open Mon - Fri: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm, Sat: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Sun: 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm EST. All orders will be processed and all questions will be answered during work hours only.
(2) Do you have a layaway program?
No, not at this time. All items or sets are $50 or less, if we ever list items higher than $50, then we may consider having a layaway policy.
(3) Do you take custom order inquiries?
Yes, we do. Please see our Shop Policies section, Email Us section, and our Etsy shop page for more information on how to go about placing a custom order.
(4) Do you make clothing for male dolls?
The shop itself is a boutique geared towards female dolls, however, if you have a male doll that needs underthings or simple clothing, we may be able to help you. Please refer to our custom order policy for more information.
(5) Can you make slippers or slipper shoes for my dolls?
No, we cannot make slippers or shoes for your dolls. As many dolls have different sized feet, despite the size of their bodies, we must decline all requests for shoes. Our shop takes pride in our work and we only send out items that we have tested on our own dolls.
(6) I need something fast, can you make it and ship it in a rush?
Due to our busy schedules, not all projects may be able to be sent out in a rush. Items such as stockings or things we have in stock may be sent out the next day, but full outfits or items that take longer times to complete will not be able to be sent as a rushed order.
